The whole "pennies a day" approach is not just a great marketing tactic to get you to pay more for something over time than you may really want to spend. It's also really effective as a strategy for life improvement. This episode discusses a few different ways to make a "pennies a day" type of investment in yourself, in your health, fitness, relationships, profession, finances or whatever area needs some redirection. I share some of my personal experiences with small habit changes that lead to major growth in my fitness journey, my self awareness, confidence and how I'm approaching the next steps on my wellness path.
This week's challenge is to commit to a new way to spend five minutes of your day or less than five dollars of a regular contribution toward a financial goal. Be intentional. Be consistent. See what happens when you leave your excuses behind and embrace who you really want to be, and then go do what that you would do. I think I'm starting to get the hang of the whole podcasting thing. This week's episode was a lot less frustrating to put together, and I hope that you find something of value here. Next week, we're going to discuss how much November sucks, and what we can do to make it suck a little bit less. Since last week, I also created a page on Patreon, so if you're interested in supporting this podcast and my other creative efforts, you can become a patron at: patreon.com/mymartialartsncrafts Thanks for listening, and I would love to hear about the small changes you're working on!
